A very useful and easy to access chart describing children's understandings of and responses to death at various ages. Also including information on how to respond to children within different age groups. It is useful to bear in mind that the age ranges are approximate and that responses to loss are influenced by a range of factors including temperament, modelling of parents and peers and cultural and religious traditions.
