Bronwyn has worked in adolescent mental health for nearly 25 years in inpatient, daypatient and outpatient settings in the public, community and private health sectors. 

She is Editor of Stress Points the journal of the Australasian Society for Traumatic Stress Studies, Supervisor with CBT Australia, Executive Producer of Small Giants Television, and an Adolescent Psychotherapist. Bronwyn has training in both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapies having worked in Australia and USA. Her major theses have explored traumatic stories and the communication of traumatic events.

Bronwyn works on the network's multimedia resources and provides media advice to the network.
